"I wasn’t expecting a whole lot at first..."
I wasn’t expecting a whole lot at first, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. For what you pay, it feels like a solid deal. I had that little moment of “okay, this was actually worth it,” which is always nice. Definitely a good buy if you’re trying to get something decent without spending too much

"I’ve used Executive Valet a few times..."
I’ve used Executive Valet a few times now, it’s been fine overall. The drivers have been polite, and my car has always come back in good shape, so I can’t really complain about the actual service once it happens.
The part that’s made me second-guess spending the money is the timing. One pickup was late, and I had to call to figure out what was going on, which was frustrating. It wasn’t a disaster, but for what they charge, I expected it to feel more reliable. Kind of left me wondering if I should’ve just gone with another option.

"Awkward Location and Generic Responses"
The location was awkward for me and didn’t feel worth the extra hassle of getting there. What made it more frustrating was the kind of canned apology you get afterward, like it’s copied and pasted instead of someone actually listening. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not one I’d go out of my way for again.

"I waited way too long for..."
I waited way too long for the shuttle, and the most annoying part was that I kept getting different answers about when it would actually show up. One person said it was almost there, then someone else gave me a totally different time. It ended up being much slower than what they told me, and I wouldn’t use this again.

"car care could’ve been better"
the service itself was okay, but i didn’t feel like my car was treated with much care. it was dusty inside when i got it back, and i noticed a small scuff that i’m sure wasn’t there before.

The staff weren’t rude or anything, and they were polite enough, but the whole thing felt rushed. I didn’t really feel like they had much time or patience, which kind of put me off.

"Booking turned into a hassle for no reason"
Booking my valet spot was way more annoying than I expected. The site felt clunky, and I kept having to go back and double-check details because things weren’t as clear as they should’ve been. It did work eventually, but something that should’ve taken a couple minutes ended up adding unnecessary stress to my day.
